We understand that sometimes life can get crazy and you may not be able to make your appointment, However to make our business grow we have to be given enough time to fill appointments that are cancelled.
We kindly ask you to give us at Salon41 48 Hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.
Reminder texts are sent out 4 days prior to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours require 50% payment of your service price & appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment will be required to make a payment of 100%. No other appointments can be made until this has been payed.
